Tim Walterbach, Co-Founder
Tim’s passion this season is to equip the equippers Ephesians 4-style so that ministries can witness the “above and beyond all that we can ask for or imagine” today. His expertise includes vision fulfillment, board and covenant group formation, executive development, friendraising, ministry vetting, and volunteer engagement. He owns a luxury home construction business.
Jared Buswell, C0-Founder
Jared is a widely-researched connector, teacher, and vision builder who serves leaders and organizations the world needs today. He is the Board Chair of Favor International, building a partner network that connects people in the United States with a successful grassroots missions and discipleship movement transforming war-affected regions of Uganda and South Sudan.
Jared has operated a small technology business, Look Inside Tulsa, for 11 years and is Oklahoma’s longest-running panoramic photographer. For 16 years, he has pioneered ways to tell the whole truth experientially about places and institutions people should know. He has photographed for hire over 1,300 locations in seven states.
Jared’s passion this season is to build networks of the body of Christ living God’s Kingdom together for mutual edification and indomitability. His expertise includes prayer, releasing purpose, servant leadership, building visions, systems, multimedia, and future trends. He can also bicycle unpaved paths in Uganda with 30 eggs and not break them.
A constant passion of Jared’s has been to discover the whole truth about absolutely everything, so that more people can live abundantly. He made an honest go at this pursuit, was soon humbled, and has learned some fascinating insights of use to the body of Christ today. Seeking everything there is to know about God attracted Jared to Oral Roberts University. Moving from Milwaukee, WI, Jared graduated from ORU in 2005 with a degree in Multimedia Production and minors in music performance, literary writing, math, and Christian philosophy. Since then, he has regularly served and connected leaders who are turning the world upside down.

He owns a home renovation business restoring lives and legacies.
